Introduction

Seeing software work on your own terms is usually more persuasive than reading about it, and ParcelView3D handles that with a dedicated demo request page. The session it books is a personalized walkthrough of the 3D property viewer, the concept builder, and the marketing tools — 30 minutes, with no commitment attached.

The booking itself runs through four screens: a short request form, a date-and-time picker, a confirmation review, and a success screen that includes a Zoom meeting link. None of it takes more than a couple of minutes, and there is no account to create first — the page asks only for a name and an email address before it will let you choose a slot.

This guide walks through each of those screens in order — what every field is for, which ones you can skip, how the scheduler handles time zones, and what happens the moment you confirm.

What the demo covers

The demo page describes the session as a personalized walkthrough of the 3D property viewer, the concept builder, and the marketing tools. Three capabilities are called out at the top of the page:

Before you begin

You need two things: a name and a working email address, since those are the only required fields on the form. It also helps to know your availability, because you pick a time slot immediately after submitting the form. All available times on the scheduler are displayed in Eastern Time (EST/EDT).

Step 1: Open the demo page

Go to https://parcelview.com/demo. The top navigation across the site carries links for Home, Pricing, Affiliates, Login, and Get Started, and the ParcelView3D logo in the upper left always returns you to the homepage.

The page opens on a header reading “See ParcelView3D in Action,” followed by the three feature callouts. Scroll past it to reach the booking flow, which begins with the section titled “Request a Demo.”

Step 2: Fill in the request form

The first section of the booking flow is headed “Request a Demo” with the instruction: tell us about yourself, then pick a time that works. It contains five inputs.

Field Required? What it is for
Name Required The name of the person attending the demo.
Company Optional Your business or brokerage name.
Email Required Where your confirmation details are sent.
Phone Optional A contact number for your booking.
What are you looking for? Optional A free-text box for what you would like the walkthrough to cover.

Fill in at minimum your name and email — both are marked with an asterisk, which is the page’s indicator for a required field. Adding your company and phone number is optional but gives the ParcelView3D team more context for the call.

The “What are you looking for?” box is worth a moment. The session is described as personalized, so naming what you want to see — 3D tours, the AI Concept Builder, market data — helps the team aim the 30 minutes at the right features.

When the form is complete, click the button at the bottom: Continue — Pick a Time.

Step 3: Choose a date and time

Clicking Continue advances you to the section headed “Choose a Date & Time.” Directly beneath the heading, the page restates the two details you need: it is a 30-minute demo, and all times are Eastern (EST/EDT). If you are in another time zone, make sure your account for the time difference when selecting your slot.

Select a date first. The available slots for that date appear under the “Available on” label. If you need to change something you entered earlier, the “Back” arrow returns you to Step 2.

Until you choose a slot, the button at the bottom of the section reads “Select a time to continue” — that prompt is your cue that the step is not finished yet. Once you click an available time, the flow moves you forward to the confirmation screen.

Step 4: Review and confirm

The third section is headed “Confirm Your Demo,” and its instruction is simply to review and confirm. This is your last checkpoint before the booking is placed, so check the details carefully — especially your email address, since that is where your confirmation is sent.

If something is wrong, use the “Back” arrow to step back and correct it. If everything looks right, click “Confirm Booking.”

Step 5: You’re all set

After you confirm, the page switches to a success screen headed “You’re All Set!” with a short instruction to check your email for confirmation details. The screen also includes a “Join Zoom Meeting” link, so the demo is held over Zoom.

Open the confirmation email, add the session to your calendar, and keep the Zoom link handy — that’s how you’ll join when the session starts.
