Who we are

Gateway Land Investments, LLC ("we", "us") sells land and, where offered, provides owner financing. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, listings and payment pages, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our website and payment pages run on ParcelView, a software platform we use; ParcelView processes information on our behalf and does not sell it.

Information we collect

Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number (including mobile), mailing address, and the properties you ask about.
Purchase and account details: the property you buy, your purchase terms, invoices, payment history, and documents such as your purchase agreement and deed.
Payment information: see How your payment information is protected below. We never see or store your full card number.
Technical information: pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, browser type and referring links, used to keep the site working and understand which listings interest buyers.

How we use it

To answer your questions and help you choose and buy property.
To prepare purchase agreements, deeds and closing documents, and to service owner-financed notes: invoices, receipts, statements, reminders and required notices.
To process your payments and prevent fraud.
To send you new listings or updates if you ask for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To meet legal, tax and recording obligations.

We share your information only as needed to do these things: with title companies, county recorders, notaries, document-signing services and our payment processors; with service providers that run our website, email and software on our behalf (including ParcelView); and when the law requires it. We may share aggregate information that does not identify you. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages and calls

If you give us a mobile number, you agree that we may call, email and text you about your inquiry, listings, appointments, payments, owner financing and your account. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How your payment information is protected

Card payments are entered on our card processor Authorize.Net's own secure payment form, shown on our page. Your full card number and security code never reach our servers or ParcelView's, and we do not store them.
Bank (ACH) payments are processed by Actum Processing. Bank details go to that processor over an encrypted connection and are used only to make the payments you authorize.
Every page that collects payment or personal information is served over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection.
Access to account records is limited to the people who need it to service your purchase.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase, payment and note records for as long as your note is open and afterwards for as long as tax, recording and legal requirements need them. You can ask us to delete marketing information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop marketing messages. We will verify your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; contact us to use them.

Children

Our website and services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
